Deputy Senior Student

Hello, my name is Jack, and I am your Deputy Head Student. I have been at this school since Year 7 and I am currently studying Politics, Economics and English Literature A-levels and I hope to go on to study Accounting and Finance after Sixth Form. I really enjoy all kinds of sports and therefore want to bring my competitive spirit to the leadership team where I can personally make sure students get the best quality of learning at Furze Platt. No doubt school can be a challenging place but the staff here at Furze Platt have supported me and my peers over the past 6 years and I want to ensure that the high standards we have at this school, continue to produce an excellent school environment. I have also been a ‘sports leader’ for three years now and hope to encourage as many people as possible to take on new sports to help balance their studies. As a student leader I will always be there to aid my peers and hope to give something back to the school that has lifted me up for so many years!
