Deputy Senior Student

Hi! My name is Fred, and I am one of the Deputy Head Students at Furze Platt. I am currently studying Politics, Religious Studies and Geography at A-Level. At university, I hope to study Politics and pursue a career in political advisory or campaigning. Having been at FPSS since Year 7, I have had the chance to see this school develop and grow into the wonderful community we have today. It has given me many opportunities and has truly shaped me into a better person. That’s why I want to give back to our community and ensure everyone can make the most of their time here. Whether supporting in Gardening Club or representing students on the school council, I aim to be a voice for all - especially those who are struggling or may need some extra support. I will bring my commitment to youth representation, as Chair of the RBWM Youth Council, into how I advocate for students here. Year 13 will surely be challenging, but I’m confident that we can succeed as the strong, supportive community we are.
